Author Guideline

Oral presentation
Presentation
Please bring you own PC for presentation. Organizing committee will not prepare PCs for presentation. Each oral presentation consists of 15 minutes for presentation by the author. After this time, there will be 5 minutes for questions and answers coordinated by the session chair. For all presentation room, a laser pointer is prepered.

Set up
There is no extra PC to check your slide. So, before your assigned session, check if your PC will work properly in your assigned room, especially for slides including movies. In case that the presentation slides do not show screen, ask session chair or conference staff immediately.

Poster presentation
The poster session maximizes your opportunity to face-to-face discussion with symposium participants.

Display area
The size of the display board is 800 mm (width) by 1530 mm (height). Magnets will be provided to hang your poster.Your paper number will be shown at the upper part of the board. Posters composed of A4 (or A3) sheets placed together ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Format
Poster presentations are expected to be high standards as oral presentations. The most successful and attractive posters are graphically produced posters that highlight and summarize the main points, with the poster presenter filling in the details. A good format to follow is:
>a brief introduction
>experimental or analytic detail
>results
>conclusion

Set up
Poster presenters must set up their posters between 14:00 and 17:00 on Sep. 6 or 10:30 and 12:00 on Sep.7. Paper numbers will be posted on the poster boards in numerical order; please find your paper number and post your poster in the designated space.

Poster session
Positer session is between 13:30 and 15:00 on Set.7 at 3rd floor of Convension center. The presenter is required to stand by the poster during the scheduled poster session to answer questions from symposium attendees.
