Letter of Invitation for Visa to Japan

ISMQC 2010 will issue the Letter of Invitation required for you to apply for Temporary Visitor Visa. First, please check if you need an entry visa. It depends on your nationality, citizenship, etc. For detailed information, please visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and get more detail.

For authors and co-authors:


Participants should satisfy all the following conditions.

1. have submitted their papers at the ISMQC 2010.
2. have registered for the ISMQC 2010 and paid the registration fees.
3. have filled out the Visa Information Form and sent the form to the <ismqc2010-visa@mech.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp>
   

For audiences:


Participants should satisfy all the following conditions.

2. have filled out the Visa Information Form and sent the form to the <ismqc2010-visa@mech.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp>
   
   
   After confirmation, Symposium Chair will issue the Letter of Invitation to you. As it takes time to obtain Temporary Visitor Visa depending on nationality and time, we recommend that you complete the　preceding registration processing as soon as possible.
